To contact Live Chat Support:

  1. Online: when Live Chat Support is online, the blue button at the bottom right-hand corner will say 'Live Chat Support' and after you click it, a support agent will be able to help you in real-time
  2. Offline: if Live Chat Support is offline, the blue button will say 'Leave Us a Message', and you will be able to leave a message for any help you are needing
