To change the look of your booking calendar, first, you will want to make sure you are logged into your website and in your Dashboard.

After you are logged into your Dashboard, click on the button that says ‘Appointments’ in the menu on the left-hand side.


To enable or disable Reminder SMS (text messages):

  1. After you are in your Appointment software, click the 'Settings' button in the menu at the top
  2. On the next page, click the button that says 'Reminder SMS' in the menu in the middle-left of the screen
  3. Here you are able to enable/disable Reminder SMS as well as customize the text message that the recipient receives
  4. To enable, make sure the button in the top right next to 'Disable SMS Service' is set to 'No' (to disable, you'll want this button to say 'Yes')
  5. You are able to enable an SMS to be sent to the Service Provider (you), the client (your clients), and the Admin (also you)
  6. At the bottom, you are able to customize the SMS Template, which is the actual message that gets sent out and which people receive
  7. Once you make your changes, click on 'Save Settings' below
